Welcome to Slomo Wellbeing at King’s Cross, we can’t wait to welcome you. From sitting in one of our wood fired Lithuanian saunas to cold dipping in our 7 foot ice tank, having an exfoliating salt scrub or chilling around the fire pit it’s a truly rejuvenating experience. We are proud to have some of the UKs best sauna masters in attendance with traditional techniques plus breathwork and sound bath sessions popping up throughout the day.

HOW TO FIND US: 18-19 STABLE STREET, LONDON, N1C 4AB. WE ARE SITUATED JUST TO THE NORTH OF COAL DROPS YARD IN LEWIS CUBITT SQUARE. STABLE STREET IS THE ROAD THAT RUNS ALONGSIDE THE SQUARE AND YOU CAN WALK FROM KING’S CROSS STATION IN 5 MINUTES
SLOMO at TAPNELL FARM

Situated in the beautiful Tapnell Farm (an award-winning holiday destination) you’ll find our Floating Sauna (open seasonally) and Nordic Sauna!
Welcome back to the West Wight’s gem Tapnell Farm for a third winter running. This year we step things up with not only our infamous Floating Sauna but also two Weltevree Dutch hot tubs complete with wild fire wok cooking elemen and wild swimming in the lake… with a lifeguard! The main sauna seats 10, the Floating Sauna seats 4 and each hot tub seats 4… so we can do private hires and communal sessions. Sweat in the sauna, float on the water and swim in the lake. HOT TUBS - IMPORTANT - Hot Tubs are only open from 11am sessions as they are wood fired and require longer time to heat.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAvE CHANGING ROOMS OR LOCKERS, SO PLEASE COME SAUNA READY. THERE IS A SMALL CHANGING SPACE THE SAUNA, BUT IT’S NOT PRIVATE. THERE IS A PUBLIC TOILET A SHORT WALK NEAR THE PILOT BOAT INN.
SLOMO at CHRISTCHURCH, dorset
Nestled between the Avon and Stour rivers, our pop up site at Elkins boatyard is a wonderful haven of tranquility surrounded by water and nature. Comprising of a woodfired Lithuanian sauna, an eye catching seven foot wide ice bath and two other cold plunges set into a wooden deck this is one stylish site. The idea behind the Slomo site in Christchurch is to move things on from a simple sauna on wheels and evolve into a Nordic spa idea where you can go on your own and meet like minded souls to hang out or come as a group or private party and enjoy the communal experience together. Add in comfy seating and sofas you may not want to leave!

When you arrive at the boatyard, go through the gate and then drive or walk straight ahead, all the way down until the end and you will see the saunas and the parking area. Look out for the large Slomo sign! Parking is available on site near the saunas, please park responsibly, do not block in other vehicles or park on the grass or outside holiday lodges.
