PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAvE CHANGING ROOMS OR LOCKERS, SO PLEASE COME SAUNA READY. THERE IS A SMALL CHANGING SPACE IN THE SAUNA, BUT IT’S NOT PRIVATE. THERE IS A PUBLIC TOILET A SHORT WALK NEAR THE PILOT BOAT INN.

Beachside yoga, breathwork, and sauna. Every Thursday morning at The Point, Laura Gate Eastley leads a full-body reset: Vinyasa flow to open up, then in and out of the sauna with grounding stretches and meditation. All levels welcome.
