We are an antidote to the insane chitter chatter of 21st century life where we all seem to be whirring round in ever more stressful circles and it’s all brought to you by Robby and Josie da Bank, with over 30 years’ experience in the wellness and events field.

So what does Next Generation Contrast Therapy mean? It means we build, sell, supply and offer sessions of hot and cold - saunas, ice baths and cold plunges at our sites across the UK. With permanent bases on a National Trust site Compton Bay on the Isle of Wight, a beautiful boatyard in Christchurch and new sites coming in London and the West Country, Slomo is always on the move. We are also popping up at festivals and private parties across the UK including Wilderness and Camp Bestival festivals.
