Slomo is elemental wellbeing, drawing from the earth, water, air and fire to create unique environments and experiences.
Our mission is to fast-track people into experiencing all the physical and mental health benefits of wellbeing with a big focus on saunas and ice baths but also meditation, breathwork and sound healing.
Started on the Isle of Wight with one wood-fired sauna. Now four sites.
OUR LOCATIONS
The Point, Bembridge is a beautiful untouched beachside location right at the mouth of the river and looking towards Southsea.
