A 90 minute women's only sauna session hosted by lou. Your session includes a hot drink, sweet treat, cold plunge, body scrubs, elements of traditional lithuanian sauna rituals and lots of laughter! Not to be missed!

WHAT TO BRING:
2 x towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for after!) and a water bottle
Come dressed ready with swimming attire on/under clothes as changing space can be limited
Sliders (though grounding with bare feet is recommended; no shoes are allowed in the sauna)
Go through the boatyard gate and continue straight to the end. you’ll see the saunas, parking area, and a large Slomo sign. Parking is on-site near the saunas. Please park responsibly and avoid blocking vehicles, parking on grass, or parking near holiday lodges.
