31st May - A collaborative event with Dorset Natural Healing. This is your space to relax, recharge and reconnect. We will start the morning with yoga by the river, followed by a guided meditation. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the sauna & cold plunge, closing with a connection with fruit and tea or coffee.
