A 60 min private guided sauna session with Christo. These sessions will be organic in nature and in keeping with the energy of the group. Autumn/winter sessions will often start with an intention and may include movement, breathwork, whisking and meditation. (Hire for up to 7 people.)

sauna master session

A sauna ritual is a multi-sensory experience of hot and cold therapy, and usually lasts around two hours. Nick guides you through four rounds in and out of the sauna, using the elements as inspiration, and with influences from Lithuanian Pirtis & Finnish sauna healing. There is whisking, salt infusions and handmade body scrubs, all helping to create a nourishing and relaxing bathing ritual.
