Men’s Meet Up
This is your space to relax, recharge and reconnect. We will start the morning with yoga by the river, followed by a guided meditation. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the sauna & cold plunge, closing with a connection with fruit and tea or coffee.

In this magical evening of cacao, ancient clay, sauna and jamming, we will reach new boundaries, discovering how heat can help us to connect to our instruments within. Reaching new musical and movement levels. Learn how the power of frequency, movement and body awareness can encourage journeying through the realms of sound and unlocking the inner instruments.
