Join us for an energising yoga class by the river, suitable for all levels. We'll stretch from head to toe, easing tension and boosting circulation and mobility. Then, relax into a sound healing session with calming gongs, singing bowls, and nature's sounds, leaving you with peace and lightness. Enjoy tasty vegan snacks and Slomo herbal teas throughout. Our Wild Tribe Retreat sets you up for a positive week ahead! Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
We’re so excited to share this beautiful day of yoga, sound healing, and nature with you. Get ready to move, breathe, relax, and reset by the riverside. With gentle flows, soothing sounds, and nourishing treats, this experience is all about grounding and uplifting your body and mind. Followed by Freeflow sauna and cold plunge, so don’t forget your swimming costume!
On the 8th of June we will be running 2 Sessions 11:30 - 14:30 & 15:00 - 18:00
What to bring:
Yoga mat or beach towel
Water bottle
Warm layers or a dry robe (it can get breezy by the river!)
Blanket or shawl for sound healing
Sunglasses or sun hat (just in case!)
