We are bringing you a magical session on the evening of Wednesday 17th September from 6pm at Slomo Wellbeing in Christchurch.

Join us for an hour of relaxing sauna and cold plunge followed by a delicious dining experience of charcuterie sharing boards and soft refreshments brought to you from @saltandsage_ (check out their IG - it's beautiful and you'll see why this will be so special!).

The cost of the evening will be £50 per person, which includes 1 hour of sauna, nature rituals with Sauna Master in training Lou, cold plunge, and a wonderful sharing supper on site right by the river

Booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Due to our wonderful changeable British weather, if the event is unable to go ahead due to the forecast we will let you know 72 hours before the date of the event. 

Refunds are not available (due to food already being ordered and prepared by Salt and Sage) but we will be able to move your booking to another date/time in the future.
