Join us at Slomo on Sunday 23 November (9:15–10:45 AM) for a deeply nurturing sauna ritual — a 90-minute journey of embodiment and feminine alchemy.

Expect nature-infused sauna rituals with herbal adornments, salt scrubs, and lots of massage & hugs from the nature whisking, all held in sacred sisterhood by the riverside sauna temple.

Cost: £35 pp (includes a salt scrub and take-home bag).

Goddess circle social & connection time afterward at a nearby café in Christchurch for tea, snacks, or brunch. 12 pm onwards
