SAUNA masters SESSION

A 50 Min sauna session with a sauna master on hand offering bespoke sauna treatments including aromatherapy and Aufguss, Lithuanian leaf whisking, body scrubs, face masks and a whole lot more. The extended session allows bathers to go a little deeper with the heat and the cold, supported by a sauna master who can guide the process where appropriate. Those new to sauna, or keen to take their practice a little further - this is the one for you!
